A dining room is the heart of any home where meals are shared and stories are told. Join us for this glimpse into the dining room of a typical well-to-do household, the place where the family assembles daily for breakfast, dinner and special occasions. A humorous and compassionate series of overlapping vignettes introduces a new set of people and events in each scene - some touching, some funny, some contrite, but all interwoven around the significance and timelessness of the dining room table and exploring the vibrant relationships of family life.
Senior Class Reader's Theatre is designed to meet the needs of actors 50 and older. All productions are "reader's theatre" in nature, lines and lyrics are learned but not memorized.
