Maya Ablao
Biography
Maya joined the Civic staff for the 2019-20 season. They received their B.S in Audio Production and Technology from Michigan Technological University. Their previous work experience includes serving as a Sound and Lighting Technician for the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Some of their favorite credits included the KCACTF Design Award for the unrealized sound design for Slaughter City by Naomi Wallace and working as Co-Sound Designer and System Designer for Chicken Bus, an art installation by Lisa Gordillo at Michigan Technological University. Outside of the theatre Maya enjoys running and music.
