Melissa Sparks
Biography
Melissa has served as Director for our Youth Theatre Productions of Honus and Me and Robin Hood. Previously, Melissa provided Music Direction for our productions of The Imaginary Invalid, Honk, Jr., Disney's Aladdin, Jr., and Really Rosie. A much sought after choreographer, Melissa has worked on She Loves Me and Cabaret for Farmers Alley Theatre, as well as West Side Story, Hairspray, All Shook Up and Thoroughly Modern Millie at Portage Central High School. Melissa is the Director for Vicksburg Community Schools' International Thespian Society and theatre program including recent direction of Seussical, Jr., Little Shop of Horrors and A Midsummer Night's Dream. Melissa also is the co-director/co-instructor for the Direct Encounter with the Arts program at Western Michigan University. Melissa would like to dedicate this show to her two greatest productions, Elizabeth and William.
