Songs from the Silver Screen
Senior Class Reader's Theatre Musical Revue
Since 1927, when The Jazz Singer burst onto the screen, music has been an important part of the movie going experience. Whether first performed in a barn, in the Austrian Alps or in a smoke-filled cabaret, songs from the silver screen have become popular standards. Who could forget the musical treasures made famous by the likes of Rooney & Garland, Astaire & Rogers or Crosby & Hope? We hope you'll "be our guest" as this original musical revue pays tribute to these time honored classics.
