Biography
A.J. recently appeared in 50 Shades of Shakespeare (Bare Backstage Productions). Billy Elliot the Musical is his 70th production, and Civic audiences may remember his portrayal as Malcolm in Macbeth last October. Some of his favorite credits include Judas in Godspell , Jesus Pena in Hands on a Hardbody (Kalamazoo Civic Theatre), Valentin in Kiss of the Spiderwoman, with his favorite role to date being Jimmy in Reefer Madness (Eastern Michigan University). His training includes Close-up Improve Group in Ypsilanti, Michigan, Theatre Arts Program at Eastern Michigan University, and being a character/show performer in the Walt Disney World College Program. He would like to thank his entire company, friends, and family for all of their love and support through it all.
