Sarah Pressley
Audience Experience Manager
Sarah (she/her) is returning to us as our Audience Experience Manager! She was with us previously from 2018-2020 as a Box Office Associate and Patron Services Manager. Prior to that, she spent 5+ years in leadership roles amongst the arts and hospitality industries in Iowa. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys getting out in nature, traveling, soaking up all the arts-scene has to offer in Southwest Michigan, & taking her dog, Luna, just about everywhere she goes.
Sarah believes in the power of positivity, the importance and value in community, and how belting out your favorite Broadway hits can make your drive that much better.
Sarah loves the community, and the Kalamazoo Civic deeply. She is absolutely thrilled to be stepping into a brand new role all about enhancing the audience experience. She is most excited about working with such a stellar team, group of volunteers, and above all, curating that much of a better experience for new and existing visitors at the Civic!
