Biography

Helen is a Detroit native, with a long and impressive association with the Civic. A board member for many years, and past Board President, she played a Daughter earlier this season in the Senior Class Reader's Theatre production of The Pirates of Penzance: In Concert. She appeared last season as Emma in Over the River and Through the Woods (her favorite) as well as in our productions of The Foreigner, The Christmas Schooner, The Women, The Miracle Worker, and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. Helen is a passionate community volunteer to local non-profits including the Kalamazoo Symphony and the Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoo.
