Have you ever wondered why some people seem to know the audition material really well? They most likely attended an Inside the Civic audition workshop. Since no two shows are alike, we have developed these FREE audition workshops to help volunteers prepare for the needs of each specific production. You will meet the director and, if it is a musical, the music director and choreographer. You even receive the audition packet early and get a chance to hear straight from the director what he/she will be looking for at auditions. We are pleased to be one of the few theatres in the country to offer this unique opportunity-we want our volunteers to feel as prepared as possible. Our FREE "Behind the Scenes" technical workshops will shed some light on crew positions and the opportunities associated with each production.
