Education For Grades 3 to 4
Camps for this age group are designed to provide students with an opportunity to take risks and build confidence while preparing to perform. As students make creative choices, try new ideas, and learn to interpret dramatic material in expressive ways, they are building skills they can use again and again.

MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00-4:30 PM
Tech Camp introduces students to traditional stagecraft skills used in the creation of productions. During the week, students will participate in a variety of hands-on projects, using tools of the trade as they develop stage carpentry, scenic painting, costume building and lighting skills.
SKILLS CAMPS: Monday - Friday; 9:15-4:15:
Mornings are skill-focused and designed to help the students develop their acting and movement skills. In the afternoon, the focus shifts to more goal-oriented activities as campers have the opportunity to apply their new skills to short acting and dancing performance pieces.
- A TRIP TO NEVERLAND; JULY 12-16; CAMP FEE: $250
Campers will soar to new heights as they learn to work together and stand against evil during a Neverland themed week.
- HERCULES; JULY 19-23; CAMP FEE: $250
Laughter will fill the room as campers develop comedic skills, while traveling back in time to explore mythological figures within a fairy-tale world.
- POPPIN' POETRY; JULY 26-30; CAMP FEE: $250
Crafted to ignite imagination and introduce students to the poetry and imagery found in popular music, this week s acting and movement activities will focus on collaboration as the class ensemble works to bring imagery-filled text to life.

- REGARDS TO BROADWAY; AUGUST 2-13; PERFORMANCE AUGUST 14; CAMP FEE: $550
Celebrate Broadway musicals past and present while acting, singing and dancing your way through a musical review to be performed in the Parish Theatre at the end of this two-week camp. While learning numbers from blockbusters like Gypsy, Kiss Me Kate, Ragtime and The Wiz campers will also learn a bit about the history and evolution of American musical theatre.
- SHAKESPEARE IN SUMMER; AUGUST 16-20; PERFORMANCE AUGUST 21; CAMP FEE: $275
During this one-week camp, campers will meet Shakespeare's fairies, ghosts, witches, bears and more. Using the Bard s rich language they will discover the power of storytelling. Students will collaborate to create a capstone project of scenes and monologues pulled from the pages of the Shakespeare s plays to be performed in the Parish Theatre.
*Campers will be joined by 5th -8th grade students for the performance. Each group will have unique performance opportunities within the musical revue style production.
