Evita
Musical
Eva Perón used her smarts and charisma to escape her dirt poor beginnings in the slums of Argentina and rise meteorically to the presidential mansion as First Lady. Adored as a "saint to the working class", she became one of the most powerful women in the world. Full of passion, greed and ambition, Evita tells Eva's unforgettable story. A Tony Award-winning musical masterpiece, the compelling score features some of theatre's most beautiful songs, including Don't Cry for Me Argentina, Another Suitcase in Another Hall, and High Flying, Adored.
"Quite marvelous...an unparalleled fusion of 20th century musical experience."
