Tickets: Consider purchasing your tickets online or using electronic tickets to reduce physical contact at the venue.

We reserve the right to cancel a class/camp/workshop at any time prior to the first session for any reason. In the event the Academy cancels the class/camp, you will receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees.

For Classes and Workshops
If you need to cancel your class registration for any reason, we will issue a full refund, minus any transaction fees, if we are notified of the cancellation 14 days or more prior to the first session. We will refund 50% of your fees, minus any transaction fees, if we are notified of the cancellation 7 to 13 days prior to the first session. We are unable to issue refunds for classes or workshops if you cancel less than one week prior to the first session.

For Camps
If you need to cancel your camp registration for any reason, we will issue a full refund, minus any transaction fees, if we are notified of the cancellation 30 days or more prior to the first camp session. We will refund 50% of your fees, minus any transaction fees, if we are notified of the cancellation 14 – 29 days prior to the first camp session. We are unable to issue refunds for camps if you cancel less than two weeks prior to the first camp session.
