Honoring Martin Luther King Jr.

MLK Day 22 - Home Page - Play Now

The Kalamazoo Civic Theatre and Read and Write Kalamazoo (RAWK) have teamed up to honor MLK Day 2022 by celebrating and amplifying youth voices! Since mid-November area youth have participated in a free workshop series, Youth Voices, to write, edit, polish, and perform their own monologues inspired by Martin Luther King Jr. We are pleased to share this video celebrating their amazing talent.

We encourage you to explore other area events. A full list of MLK Day events in the Kalamazoo area may be found here.
