2008 – 09 Guest Artists

We are now accepting applications for Directors, Music Directors, Choreographers, and Piano Accompanists for the 2008-09 season. Applications should include cover letter, resume, and shows of specific interest. If you have submitted a resume in the last two years, there is no need to re-submit your resume. Simply send a cover letter, which includes specific shows in which you’re interested.

Shows include A Chorus Line, Cyrano, Senior Class Sock Hop, Esperanza Rising, Willy Wonka, Deathtrap, The Baker’s Wife, The Affections of May, Doubt, Disney’s High School Musical 2, Intimate Apparel, Stage Door, Twelve Angry Jurors and The Full Monty.

Summer Class Instructors

Do you love working with children? Do you want to take part is molding the next generation of actors, singers, dancers, and technicians? If you answered yes, you might be exactly the kind of instructor we’re looking for to teach during our upcoming summer session. Qualified individuals should have or be completing a degree in a theatrical or educational discipline and should have experience with and enjoy working with youngsters.

Positions available for the 2008 Summer Session include:

Daytime Class Instructors - Classes meet either in the morning or afternoon for one week. Morning classes meet from 9am to 12pm, Monday through Friday, with afternoon classes running from 1pm to 4pm. Instructors will also supervise students arriving early (from 8am-9am for morning classes and from 12pm-1pm for afternoon classes). Class sessions run during the weeks of July 7-11th, 14th – 18th, and 21-25th.

Evening Class Instructors - Classes meet from 6pm to 8pm Monday through Friday. Class sessions run during the weeks of July 7-11th, 14th – 18th, and 21-25th.

Director - Gotta Sing, Gotta Dance musical camp. Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. July 28th through August 15th with a final performance on August 16.

Musical Director - Gotta Sing, Gotta Dance musical camp. Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. July 28th through August 15th with a final performance on August 16.

Musical Director - Godspell Jr. musical camp. Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. July 21st through August 15th with a final performance on August 16.

Choreographer - Gotta Sing, Gotta Dance musical camp. Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. July 28th through August 15th with a final performance on August 16.

Instructor’s Assistant – We are seeking assistants to help facilitate all classes and camps. Those hired as camp assistants will also be responsible for supervision of students arriving between 8am and 9am as well as those students who are picked up between 4pm and 5pm.
